This really takes the biscuit. After complaining to Martin Gulliver Designs about some poor quality cutlery I have been asked to provide an "uplift address" where they can "access the problem".

I don't get it! Is it weird that you are complaining about cutlery or is it odd that you have been asked to supply more information?
Somebody said I was pretentious. I almost chocked on my for here, iced, half-caf, quad, grande, soy, starbucks doubleshot™ on ice + energy
