I also ate more insect, which were much better than the ones I had before.Yvonnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11276673815184251971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26970824.post-5426919560152062942008-11-24T10:09:00.000+00:002008-11-24T10:09:00.000+00:00Venison can be quite gamey in taste - a nice middl...Venison can be quite gamey in taste - a nice middle ground is elk. I found it to be somewhere between venison and a nice steak.

You can eat veal with a clean conscience if you are careful about where it comes from. Gordon Ramsey recently did a big thing on his show about British veal (we don't allow the use of those crates). I have a recipe for this if you want it - and one for the special Big Mac sauce too if you so wish ;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26970824.post-58682965231983514352008-11-19T18:58:00.000+00:002008-11-19T18:58:00.000+00:00veal and venison both begin with V.veal and venison both begin with V.Yvonnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11276673815184251971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26970824.post-2917586022300201642008-11-19T15:14:00.000+00:002008-11-19T15:14:00.000+00:00hurray for jamie.
